About Joe
Served the country. Now serving the county.
Joe is a former U.S. Army sergeant who came up through the diesel and automotive trade — motor pools, tool vans, and long nights keeping equipment running when it had to. The service left him with two habits that still run this company: find the real cause before anything comes apart, and never tell someone something you wouldn't stake your own name on.
After hanging up the uniform, Joe stayed in the trade — diesel work first, then everything else with an engine and a drivetrain. That means cars and trucks, and it means boats: inboard and outboard motors, the fuel and cooling systems that eat them alive in salt water, and the trailer wiring that strands people at the ramp. Machines fail the same way everywhere, and Joe's job is to find it before it costs you more than it should. If a repair isn't needed, he'll tell you. If a job belongs on a lift in a shop, you'll hear that from Joe before you spend a dollar on it.
Mission Ready Motor Company is a family operation, and Joe runs it the way he raises his family: do the work right, charge fairly, and leave things better than you found them. He started the mobile service to look out for the people who keep a town running — the nurse on an early shift, the tradesman whose van is his paycheck, the neighbor who can't get to a shop — and to give Palm Beach County a mechanic nobody has to second-guess.
